About the Course
Agile anti-patterns are practices that appear to be helpful but ultimately hinder Agile teams and their progress. These are often well-intentioned solutions that, in reality, lead to negative consequences. Examples include miscommunication, unclear requirements, scope creep, and misapplication of Scrum roles.
